Items usually ship within 2 days of order date and 3-4 days during sales and the winter holiday season. We ship USPS and FedEx. Baby Planet strollers are dropshipped, therefore an approximate delivery date will be given after checkout.

For international orders the customer/receiver will be responsible for all taxes and custom duties. NY residents pay a 8.725% sales tax. Manhattan residents may inquire about same day or messenger/pick-up delivery options.

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges if you are not completely satisfied with your order. If you need to return or exchange an item, please call for pre-authorization. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of original purchase date in unused condition and in original packaging with original tags. Upon calling for a return please have the original credit card number and expiration date with which the purchase was made. Sale items may be returned for a store credit or exchange.
